Represented one of the largest organic food companies in Europe

Our team represented one of the largest vertically-integrated organic food companies in Europe in a litigation at the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania (SACL) against Bank of Lithuania.

After unsuccessful court judgment of the court of the first instance, we got the client’s instruction to join the case and represent the client’s interests in the SACL.

We managed to prove that the judgment of the court of the first instance which upheld the administrative penalty and certain obligations to the client set by the Bank of Lithuania is partially illegal and the case should be referred back to the court of the first instance.
