Represented the client in acquiring shares in “Flying Tiger” enterprises

Our Corporate and M&A team has been involved in a pan-Baltic acquisition in which we have represented Danish-based company acquiring the stake of a long-time pan-Baltic partner with whom they have operated the pan-Baltic flying tiger stores. We have been responsible for representing the client in negotiations, drafting transaction documentation and proceeding with the transaction to a successful closing.

The client operating 990 stores across 3 continents and 30 countries seized the opportunity to increase its stake in the pan-Baltic flying tiger enterprises up to 100%.

It is considered that the transaction will allow the client to ease up the management of the pan-Baltic business, integrate its successful infrastructure, respectively develop and rise the pan-Baltic business even more.
