Represented the insolvent Lithuanian airlines

Our team has represented the insolvent Lithuanian airlines in a case in which the claimant strived to dismiss the interim measures imposed upon it.

The claimant, a Latvian airline company, had asked the court to annul the interim measures which were set in 2008. Nevertheless, the successful representation of our lawyers has led to the ruling in favor of our client and the interim measures remain in place.
