Represented the operator of Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system

Our firm’s lawyers have represented the operator of Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system before the Court of Appeal in a dispute regarding the application for interim measures against a leading manufacturer of nitrogen fertilizers and chemical products.

The question of interim measures arose in the civil case regarding the obligation to pay a special fee of 3.2 million EUR for the Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal which is one of the most important of Lithuania’s energy projects aimed at improving the energy security situation and creating conditions for a natural gas market.
