Represented the shipbuilding company in a bankruptcy litigation

Our firm has represented one of the largest Lithuanian shipbuilding companies in the Court of Appeals of Lithuania in a bankruptcy litigation case.

The claimant, a creditor, demanded that the appeal court affirm the client’s several million litas obligations to it. Nevertheless, the court sided with the client due to the well-founded argumentation of our team. Thus, the initial decision made in the First Instance Court was not amended.
