Secured a favourable outcome for members of Loan Committee

Our team has successfully represented members of Loan Committee. The Claimant asked the Court to find all respondents, including the Board members of the Claimant and members of the Loan Committee jointly and severally liable for damages arising out of an unpaid loan in the amount of over 1 million EUR.

Despite the unfavourable recent case law (courts have awarded damages jointly and severally from the Loan Committee members in similar cases), our layers had secured a favourable outcome for our clients.

All claims against our clients were dismissed as unsubstantiated.
