Selling of the shares to the majority shareholder

Our team has advised the seller, owner of 30% of stake in “Ortopedijos projektai”, active in medicine and health business, in sale of the stake owned by the client to the majority shareholder. We advised on all stages of the transaction, including drafting of the master agreement, share purchase agreement, security documentation and related documents.
