Successfully represented a real estate developer

Our team has successfully represented a real estate developer in a civil case regarding the application of interlocutory injunctions on the purchase of a high-value real estate unit – a building of cultural value situated in the Old Town of Vilnius – and of the relations with the tenants of the building purchased by the client.

The court, which commenced the case against our client upon a motion of the claimant, attached the purchased building; however, after our appeal against this judgment, the Court of Appeal upheld our arguments and withdrew all attachments.
