Successfully represented Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater in negotiations

Our dispute team has successfully represented the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater in negotiations with a supplier regarding the modernization of the theater.

The theater aims to complete a modernization project to become more energy-efficient, thus contributing more to tackling climate change and achieving Social Development Goals.

In response to the concerns as to whether the successful supplier would properly fulfill its obligations, our dispute team represented the theater in the negotiations and promptly reached an acceptable solution that would allow the smooth implementation of the project to continue.
