Successfully represented the client in the Court of Appeal of Lithuania

Our lawyers have once again proven that there are no grounds to terminate the high-value Deeds of Gift based on Article 6.472(1) of the Civil Code of Lithuania. Contrary to the opponent’s contentions, our team demonstrated that the client had lawfully exercised its rights to the donated assets, without prejudice to the rights of the Donor and without committing “actions which are undoubtedly strictly reprehensible from the point of good morals”. The court upheld the Deeds of Gift, putting to rest the lengthy dispute between the parties.
