Represented the Republic of Serbia in 12 million EUR dispute

Successfully represented the Republic of Serbia before the Court of Appeal of Lithuania in a case regarding the acceptance of Serbia’s 12 million EUR claim against Lithuanian company. Motieka & Audzevičius team advised the client in a complex dispute regarding jurisdiction of the court in respect of disputes which were already decided by the foreign arbitral tribunal.

Our team has successfully overturned the decision of the court of the first instance by which the court has denied acceptance of the client’s claim due to parallel arbitration proceedings.
