The lawyers of our firm have represented the largest infrastructure company in Lithuania in the Supreme Court of Lithuania in a dispute with one of the largest international corporations, whose activities encompass energy, drive technology, automation, building technologies and healthcare sectors.

Our team guaranteed the successful enforcement of a favourable decision for our client: the court applied the remedy of distress to the defendant’s capital. The remedy of distress was applied after the claim of dishonesty on the part of the defendant was upheld.

The case is one of only a few examples in which the Supreme Court of Lithuania has applied interim measures which had not been applied by the lower instances courts.
