Professional Law Partnership Motieka & Audzevičius is a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The activities, principals, right to provide legal services, liability and other rights as well as obligations of Motieka & Audzevičius and its advocates are regulated by the Law on the Bar of the Republic of Lithuania (No. IX-2066, 18-03-2004).

Lithuanian Bar Association is the competent authority regulating the activities of Motieka & Audzevičius and its team. Further information on the functions and regulatory powers of the Lithuanian Bar Association can be found at www.advokatura.lt.

Rules and principles of ethics, applicable to Motieka & Audzevičius, are stipulated in the Code of Ethics for Advocates, adopted by the General Meeting of Advocates of 15-04-2016.
