Motieka Investment Fund was established

On 2 June 2020, the employees of the law firm Motieka & Audzevičius established a closed-end fund Motieka Investment Fund (MIF).

The idea for MIF came when we realized that we could become partners with our clients by investing in their business and thus sharing success and responsibility together (skin in the game).

MIF will invest in the areas where Motieka & Audzevičius’ team can provide legal services and create added value: transactions, participation in the board, disputes, and projects.

Fund’s investment objects:

• Green energy
• Financial services
• Startups
• Real estate

Objectives of the Fund:

• an additional motivational tool for loyal employees;
• fostering a culture of community (with each other and with clients);
• employing the firm’s know-how, resources and opportunities to earn income not only from legal services.
