Albertas Šekštelo has been a practicing attorney since 2009. He specializes in litigation, especially in national and international commercial and investment arbitration. Albertas mostly participates in arbitration as the clients’ representative and has handled or participated in more than twenty arbitration cases, including the representation of the Republic of Lithuania in the litigation with the Government of the Kaliningrad Region or Gazprom cases heard both in the Court of Justice of the European Union and in the arbitration courts under the PCA, ICC and SCC Arbitration regulations.
The lawyer handles cases under the VKAT, MKAC, LCIA, VIAC arbitration regulations and has extensive experience and practice in representing the clients in arbitration.
Albertas is also a very active participant in conferences; he makes presentations both in Lithuania and abroad, drafts publications on topical arbitration issues.
