Milda has experience advising and representing clients in complex commercial disputes before national courts and arbitral tribunals, particularly in matters involving contractual liability, performance of commercial agreements, and disputes of strategic importance to clients’ business operations.

Milda has developed particular expertise in corporate disputes, including shareholder conflicts, disputes concerning corporate governance and decision-making, as well as representation of both companies and shareholders in matters involving corporate control, corporate liability, and the liability of directors and other management bodies.

She has advised and represented clients across a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, trade, aviation, fintech, transport, and other commercially sensitive industries, where disputes often require not only legal precision but also a clear understanding of business risks and operational impact.

A significant part of Milda’s experience also relates to interim protective measures and enforcement proceedings, including asset freezes, preservation of claims, challenges to enforcement actions, forced sale of assets, and complex disputes arising at the enforcement stage. Her work in this area includes matters where urgent procedural strategy and effective coordination with enforcement authorities are critical to safeguarding the client’s position.
