Assisted in the cross-border transaction

Our team assisted in the cross-border transaction. Partner Giedrius Kolesnikovas comments that this transaction was complex due to regulatory requirements of Ukrainian law regarding the transfer of shares and the complexity of agreements between the parties. Linas Agro Group had to obtain antimonopoly clearance for which assistance from the local counsel was involved.
