New York-qualified Justinas Jarusevičius is another key name for high-profile and multi-jurisdictional litigation, whereas Jovitas Elzbergas specialises in real estate and construction litigation. Highlighted for his ‘quality of advice‘, Rimantas Daujotas excels in arbitration proceedings, while Valentas Mitrauskas acts as lead counsel on public procurement disputes and Edvinas Lenkauskas focuses on tax disputes. The tax practice is well-versed in advising on the tax aspects of transactions and investments, tax structuring and tax disputes.
