A dispute regarding public tender for Klaipėda swimming pool

Our client won the public tender for Klaipėda swimming pool with a wellness center construction, which was later appealed by another company participating in the tender.

The Klaipėda swimming pool with a wellness center construction project was approved by the Government as an economic project of state importance. The swimming pool construction project‘s price reaches 15,82 million euros. The swimming pool will be equipped with 25 m and 50 m long swimming tracks, a diving tunnel, sports and SPA recreational areas. The construction works of the Klaipėda swimming pool with a wellness center are expected to be commenced in the nearest future – upon the termination of the legal proceedings.
