Our Corporate and M&A team advised Vet Ventures Europe, a joint venture of BaltCap Growth Fund, a fund established in Estonia, and IAM PetCare Growth Fund, a fund established in Lithuania, on its strategic investment into the oldest private veterinary clinic operating in Vilnius, Lithuania.

UAB Jakovo veterinarijos centras has been successfully operating since 1991, specializing in veterinary services for dogs and cats. This investment into one of the most trusted veterinary clinics in Vilnius will allow implementing the rapid expansion by Vet Ventures group in the veterinary sector for small animals.

Our team has led the transaction starting from the first negotiations, due diligence, signing and currently is leading the merger control procedures with the Competition Council.
