Case against the National Land Service

Attorneys of our firm have represented the client in a dispute against the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture at Vilnius District Court regarding the recognition of a state-owned land lease contract as being null and void.

The Court acknowledged that the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture had no right to declare the contract of state-owned land lease null and void and therefore the client’s rights were upheld.
