Defended the client in a dispute over the recovery of litigation costs

Our Dispute Resolution team one more time defended the interests of the client (creditor) in a long row of disputes regarding the recovery of litigation costs from the client‘s shareholder (debtor) after winning a case initiated by the same shareholder.

The client’s shareholder claimed to have made a set-off of the debt but our team persuaded the court of appellate instance that set-off in enforcement proceedings was not possible without the creditor’s consent and that the enforcement case was initiated lawfully.
