Organised ICC YAF Seminar on party non-participation in international arbitration

Our arbitration team organised and participated in ICC YAF Seminar in Vilnius on party non-participation in international arbitration. Practitioners from the leading arbitration teams from Lithuania, UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Poland and France shared their experience and discussed salient issues of non-participation.

At the seminar, our associate Denis Parchajev debated the motion “Party non-participation is the best strategy in investment arbitration“.
