Represented a client before the Constitutional Court of Lithuania

Motieka & Audzevičius represented a client in one of the very rare cases before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania.

The firm has prepared a complex complaint before the Constitutional Court in respect of state regulation of Lithuanian residential heating industry and commercial agreements with private heating providers. The case involved complex questions of constitutional law principles and validity of Lithuanian legal acts regarding the heating sector.
