Rimantas has extensive experience in international arbitration, particularly in disputes arising under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties and high-value commercial agreements. He serves as a consultant and/or representative to numerous private parties and foreign governments, and his experience includes representing clients in commercial and investment arbitrations administered under ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC, ICC, LCIA, and other rules. He also regularly sits as an arbitrator or expert in international disputes, and he is listed as a recommended arbitrator by numerous arbitral institutions around the world.
In addition to his international and high-value arbitration work, Rimantas represents clients in high-profile lawsuits, including cases heard by the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
