Successfully represented industrial equipment distributor in a shareholder dispute

Our dispute resolution team has successfully represented an industrial equipment seller in a shareholder dispute against the Court of Appeal of Lithuania.

When the shareholders agreed on how the company’s operating income from specific clients would be shared, the client’s opponent refused to execute the final agreement. Following the failure at the court of the first instance, the Court of Appeal of Lithuania agreed with the arguments of our appeal and remitted the case to the court of the first instance. This is an important intermediate victory in the fight for an outcome favorable to the client.
