Aivaras Grigas

Aivaras regularly advises builders, developers, and investors on the structuring, drafting, and execution of complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects.

He also advises clients on corporate and asset transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate-finance transactions, and private-equity investments. He also assists clients with corporate-governance and company-law issues, and provides other forms of advisory work.

Aivaras, who was with Motieka & Audzevičius from 2012-2014 and then re-joined the firm in 2019, spent the intervening years as in-house legal counsel at the Aivaras airline, one of the largest leisure air carriers in the region. As a result, he has profound knowledge of the aviation sector and experience with operating leasing and aircraft financing and other aviation-specific transactional and compliance issues.
