Our corporate team consulted and assisted the client in acquiring 50% of company developing real estate project in the centre of Vilnius. Our team was responsible for preparation of documentation for the acquisition of shares and negotiation of the terms of joint company (shareholders agreement).

By this transaction the client shall keep its rise to the top of real estate developers in the market.
