Acquisition of shares in Russian company

Motieka & Audzevičius has assisted major Italian producer of alcoholic products Luigi Bosca & Figli S.p.A in acquisition of 5% stake in Russian subsidiary CJS company “Bosca-Rus” from exiting shareholder SIMEST S.p.A.

Transaction allowed the client increasing its portfolio in CJS company “Bosca-Rus” from 45 % up to 50 % and, thus, becoming another major shareholder together with Limited Liability Company “CONCERN “Intel Co” (group of “Neral” companies)”. As a result of that,  Luigi Bosca & Figli S.p.A obtained joint control over the company with another shareholder and, accordingly, strengthened its position in the management of the subsidiary.
