Advised Lithuanian e-commerce company regarding VAT

Our tax team advised Lithuanian e-commerce company on various tax questions related to VAT in e-commerce (IOSS, MOSS, OSS schemes).

We have also worked on the taxation of royalties in their complex business structure. Finally, as per the client’s request, we advised on a new business structure involving various tax jurisdictions (such as Estonia, Latvia, USA), for the client to be able to expand into the new markets.
