Mantas represents businesses in customs-law and tax disputes. His areas of expertise include tax litigation and planning, international trade disputes, general business disputes, arbitration, investment disputes, and EU litigation.
Mantas is a key member of Motieka & Audzevičius’s Tax Litigation team, with an understanding of the law and the business mindset that enables him to provide out-of-the-box solutions. He is also highly experienced in international commercial arbitration, and he serves as an arbitrator at the Riga Permanent Court of Arbitrage, Latvia.
Mantas joined Motieka & Audzevičius in 2009 after working as in-house counsel in a major Lithuanian agricultural conglomerate.
