Advised the sellers on their successful exit from Skinija

Our M&A team advised the sellers on their successful exit from one of Lithuania’s best-known textile manufacturing companies operating in the socks and tights production sector – UAB Skinija.

The company, with a long-standing presence in the Lithuanian market, is recognised for its established brand, extensive manufacturing experience, and broad retail and distribution footprint.

Our team supported the clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle – from the early stages of negotiations, advising on the optimal transaction structure, and coordinating the multi-party decision-making process, to preparing and aligning the share purchase agreement and all ancillary transaction documents.

We ensured smooth communication among all stakeholders, navigated complex procedural requirements, and represented the clients during both the signing and closing to secure an efficient and well-managed execution.

This deal marks an important milestone for the exiting shareholders, concluding their long-standing involvement in one of Lithuania’s most recognisable textile brands. It also positions the company’s new ownership to implement fresh strategic initiatives and pursue broader development and growth opportunities within the textile and apparel industry, building on the company’s strong market presence and manufacturing heritage.
