Assisted in the incorporation of an investment fund
Our team has provided legal assistance in the incorporation of an investment fund dedicated for informed investors. With some exceptions, an informed investor is deemed to be person seeking to invest more than EUR 125’000 into the investment fund.
We have advised in the preparation of incorporation documents, including, but not limited to, the drafting of investment fund rules, investment strategy, etc. as well as representing the client before the Bank of Lithuania, a supervisory institution of financial market participants.
The incorporated high risk investment fund, will offer unconventional investments for investors and will invest in securities of large US corporations. The expected investment amount is USD 5’000’000.
