The case closed based on a Settlement Agreement

Our Dispute Resolution team successfully represented the client in a case concerning allegedly unfair competition, employee poaching and unauthorized use of other company‘s know how and data management system.

Thanks to our lawyer’s efforts, the client managed to successfully settle two cases at once on exceptionally favourable terms. The claimants have dropped all of their claims against the client and the case has been closed based on the Settlement Agreement.

The Settlement Agreement will help our client to continue to successfully develop its business.
