Represented one of the largest media holdings in the Baltic countries

Motieka & Audzevičius is representing one of the largest media holdings in the Baltic countries in a litigation concerning the application of interim measures in the Supreme Administrative Court.

Our client has challenged the decision of the Lithuanian Radio and Television Commission and required the application of interim measures postponing the implementation of the sanction regarding its decision to suspend partial rebroadcasting of the holding’s television programme in the territory of Lithuania. The case relating to the validity of the decision is still in process; however, the appeal to apply the interim measure was declined.
