Successfully represented JP Srbijagas on recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards

Successfully represented Serbian company JP Srbijagas before the Court of Appeal of Lithuania on recognition and enforcement of VIAC arbitral awards worth EUR 8 million against a non-signatory to the arbitration agreement.

This is one of the first cases in Lithuanian court practice where the court has analysed and recognized the doctrines on extension of the arbitration agreement. The case is significant because it was in litigation for almost 10 years and concerned cross-border litigations in Cyprus and Austria.
