Represented the co-authors of the patent before Lithuanian Supreme Court

Motieka & Audzevičius has successfully represented the co-authors of the patent before Lithuanian Supreme Court in the dispute where Polish energy concern has filed a claim for the invalidation of a Lithuanian patent. After 4 years of litigation Lithuanian Supreme Court has finally dismissed the claim of Polish energy concern and upheld the decisions of Lithuanian Court of Appeal and Vilnius Regional Court.

It should be noted that the outcome of the case also bears large significance on the rights of the co-authors (one of them is the citizen of another state) to receive remuneration which they claim from the company on the basis of the use of a patent in another case.
