Successful cooperation with rising star of EV charging solutions – Inbalance Grid

Our Corporate and M&A team has represented Inbalance Grid in yet another transaction. We have helped In Balance grid to receive their 1.3 million Euros investment. Not only Inbalance grid trusted us to be their lawyers in all of their investment rounds yet but we have also trusted In Balance grid by joining this investment round with our lawyers’ investment fund, which emphasizes our skin-in-the-game approach.

“This investment has also helped us to strengthen our expertise. Experts in innovations and the real estate industry joined us, who also have experience in Poland and are keen to share it. It will enable us to implement our strategic development plans faster”, says Simonas Stankus, co-founder and CEO of In Balance grid.

We have structured the transaction in three separate batches, the first of which was EIT Urban Mobility, then Business Angels Fund, Civinity and Motieka Investment Fund joined with a condition that a separate batch with Orion securities investors would be concluded soon thereafter. We have helped the Client with negotiations, investment documents, as well as execution of conditions precedent. All transaction documentation is successfully signed and the Client is already focused on the performance of its KPIs.
