Successful establishment of the investment company

Law firm Motieka & Audzevičius successfully assisted Kenova Asset Management in an establishment of closed-ended investment company Kenova Mixed Fund I. Kenova Asset Management is a management company acting under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings Dedicated to Informed Investors. The new investment company will invest in real estate projects, both commercial and residence type, in the Baltic states.

Our investment lawyers were responsible for completion of the regulatory procedures of approval of incorporation documents of the investment company in the Bank of Lithuania.
