One of the largest interim measures claims in Lithuania’s dispute history

The team of our firm represented one of the largest alcoholic beverages importers in Lithuania in a dispute for the award of the debt. The client is claiming over 14.5 million euros, one of the largest interim measure claims in Lithuania’s dispute history, against businessmen (natural persons) as well as a number of local and foreign capital enterprises under the unilateral commitment for the aforementioned amount.

The claim to invoke interim measures was raised in order to protect client’s interest and ensure the execution of the final court’s judgment. The claim was approved by first instance court and later by the Appeal court.
