Represented the client in the real estate dispute

Our Dispute Resolution team has defended the client’s interests in the District Court of Panevėžys. The Court has rejected the counterparty’s claim regarding the annulment of the transactions favorable for the client. In accordance with the Court’s decision a contractor shall repay the damages that have occurred due to inappropriate execution of the construction works and elimination the consequences thereof.
