Represented the insolvent Lithuanian airlines regarding interim measures

Our Dispute Resolution team has represented the insolvent Lithuanian airlines in a case in which the claimant strived to dismiss the interim measures imposed on the assets of the respondents.

The claimant, a Lithuanian bank undergoing bankruptcy, made representations to the court to annul the interim measures which had been set in 2008. Nevertheless, the successful representation of the client has led to the ruling in favor of our client and the interim measures remain in place.
