Successfully defended aquaculture company

Our team has successfully defended enterprise performing in the aquaculture industry in the case against one of the leading heating systems providers in Lithuania.

The heating system provider has indirectly provided service for aquiculture enterprise. However, the intermediate company, which was the direct buyer, went bankrupt leaving the debt for the service provider unpaid. The claimant then tried to regain the debt directly from the aquaculture business. Nevertheless, the District Court has decided that there is no foundation for the claim.
