Successfully represented a major glass manufacturer in Baltics

Our team has successfully represented a client – one of the major glass manufacturers in the Baltic states – in a case heard by the Kaunas Regional Court.

In the first instance, the debtor of our represented client sought to transfer the case to another court and this motion was upheld. The court of appeal specified that the decision of the court of the first instance had been unreasoned, upheld the arguments of our team and adopted a decision favourable to our client – the case will be heard by the court in which it was initiated.
