Successfully represented an international logistics company

Our team has successfully represented an international logistics company active in CEE market before Vilnius regional court.

In this multi-cross-border case, the claimant requested to award a non-existent debt from the client arguing there were sham transactions in the operations of purchasing, transporting and expedition of diesel oil. After hearing arguments of parties from four different jurisdictions, Vilnius regional court stated, that the client did not enter in any sham transactions and there are no liabilities of the client to the claimant.
