The victory of the taxpayer in the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania

Tax experts Mantas Juozaitis and Edvinas Lenkauskas have recently examined a particularly interesting case in Lithuanian tax case law in which the taxpayer won a case against the tax administrator in an article published in the Lithuanian publication “Mokesčių žinios”.
