Advised a private equity fund on a successful exit from DocLogix

Our long-standing private equity client, together with co-investors, successfully exited from the software development company DocLogix. The transaction represents an important milestone, as the client not only boosted the company’s growth through its investment but also managed to exit on favorable terms.

The deal involved complex negotiations, particularly due to the buyer being a listed company with strict requirements for M&A transactions.
