Advised the client on acquiring the controlling stake in EKSMA Optics

Our Corporate and M&A team advised Francis EO, a company established and managed by Žabolis Partners investment group, on its strategic acquisition in the industrial and scientific lasers industry.

Eksma Optics is a manufacturer and global supplier of precision optical components, optical systems, laser & nonlinear frequency conversion crystals, opto-mechanics and electro-optical Pockels cells with drivers used in lasers and other optical instruments.

Our team has led the transaction starting from the first negotiations, due diligence, obtainment of the merger clearance from the Competition Council and successful signing of the transaction.

According to the CEO of EKSMA Optics UAB Mr. Dainius Tumosa, this transaction will allow implementation of the company’s ambitious development strategy.
