Case regarding the actions of a bailiff

Our team has represented a client in a case regarding the actions of a bailiff.

The debtor, represented by our layers, submitted a claim and argued that the bailiff had unlawfully accepted an executive order of the creditor, since the debtor did not have any property in the bailiff’s working area. However, the bailiff argued that the debtor had had intangible property rights in the bailiff’s area.

The Court ruled in favour of the client and recognized that bailiffs’ action as unlawful.
