Counsel to Sintra.ai (playOS, Inc.) on groundbreaking USD 17 million seed round

Our M&A team advised playOS, Inc., known as Sintra.ai, on securing a landmark seed investment of approximately USD 17 million from leading venture capital firms Earlybird, Inovo, Practica Capital, and prominent Silicon Valley and Lithuanian business angels. This is the largest seed investment in the Baltics in 2025.

Sintra.ai, co-founded in Lithuania by Kristijonas Šidlauskas, Rokas Judickas, and Vasaris Kaveckas, is building AI companions to support small business owners and freelancers.

“Sintra is building the most intense AI product team out of Lithuania. They’re tapping into a massive underserved market with relentless product execution and a clear vision,” said Andre Retterath, General Partner at Earlybird.

“When we first saw Sintra – 2 months after commercial launch, we thought it was just another AI agent with traction off the charts. It was interesting to spend a day with the team in Vilnius. During this day, we knew we wanted to invest – the vibe and intensity of Silicon Valley in a modest apartment in Vilnius felt magical,” suggested Michal Rokosz, Partner at Inovo.

The funding will support the expansion of Sintra.ai’s product development and engineering teams and accelerate its global growth.

Our lawyers, working in collaboration with US counsel, advised the founders on investment terms, supported the due diligence process, and led the preparation of investment documentation and post-investment integration.
